Safety and Compliance Solutions that Put You in Control – You’ve Got This!

September 2024 Client Newsletter

National Protect Your Hearing Month is observed every October and aims to raise awareness about the importance of preserving our hearing health. Hearing loss is a prevalent issue that affects millions of people worldwide, and it can have significant impacts on our quality of life.

This month serves as a reminder to take proactive steps to protect our ears and prevent hearing damage. The campaign encourages individuals to adopt healthy hearing habits such as using ear protection in noisy environments, turning down the volume on personal listening devices, and taking regular breaks from loud noise exposure.

By participating in National Protect Your Hearing Month, we can take important steps towards preserving our hearing health and fostering a culture of awareness and prevention surrounding hearing loss.

With your OWYN Safety service, you have access to documents and training that will assist you with implementing an effective workplace Noise Exposure/Hearing Conservation Program. You can use the Wayfinder in the lower left corner of the Dashboard to assist in locating the suggested documents below.

OWYN Safety Dashboard – Billing

If you are set up as the Company Owner on the account, you have access to the Billing section within your dashboard.

Under this section, you can view your subscription, orders, start date, next payment date, invoice/receipt, auto-renewal, saved payment methods (for auto-renewal only) and more.

We recommend if you have not already taken a look at this section to do so and become familiar with the information available here.

The “NEXT PAYMENT DATE” is the date your safety program service expires. If you are set up for auto-renewal, this will be the date in which your payment is processed. If you are not set up for auto-renewal, you will need to manually renew by this date, otherwise access to the system will be shut off.

The “AUTO RENEW” toggle is available for those who wish to opt-in or out of the auto-renewal for their account. Our system is opt-in only and can be turned off at any time during your service. Make sure to update your payment method so that your program renews on time without any issues.

Under the ACTIONS section, if your account is not set up for Auto-Renewal, you can click the “Renew Early” button at any time to manually renew your services.

If you are in need of your receipt for your purchase, this will be available in the “Manage Your Orders – Orders” section under ACTIONS.
